Use of the service

Use an authorized business account to create interviews, invite candidates and review evidence. Keep account access private and upload only information you are authorized to use. Do not misuse candidate links, attempt unauthorized access or use the service for unlawful or discriminatory purposes.

Hiring decisions and consent

Your organization is responsible for its questions, scoring rubric, candidate communications and hiring decisions. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and requires human review. Recording requires explicit candidate consent; declining required consent prevents the interview from starting. Camera footage is not used for behavioural scoring.

Credits and paid availability

The new-account allowance is one interview and 15 minutes, granted once. The workspace displays available interview and minute balances. Paid checkout is currently unavailable; no paid service or charge is offered until merchant verification and approved pricing are configured.
