Paid checkout is unavailable while merchant verification and approved pricing configuration are pending. The one-time new-account allowance is free and involves no payment or monetary refund.
Before paid packages become available
Applicable purchase, cancellation and refund terms will be published for review before paid checkout is activated. No refund window, refund amount or paid-service financial commitment is offered by the current release.
